Surface

The Korean peninsula is located at the east part of the trough. Therefore, strong updraft caused by low pressure can exist.

The enterance of upper jetstream is right above the Korean peninsula. This causes strong vertical wind shear.

The temperature of surface is about 20℃, and the temperature difference between the surface and 500hPa is more than 35℃, which is very huge.
